One hour session - This could be a micro-session to work on a specific issue/goal or a follow-up maintenance session.
A minimum of three months of coaching is recommended to experience the benefits of health coaching. Research has shown that it takes a minimum of three to six months to change health behavior and replace it with a sustainable new behavior.
